Last season, NK Osijek started changing the statistics regarding home games against Lokomotiva
Even though Osijek finally broke with the tradition of bad scores in home games against Lokomotiva, the match statistics at Gradski Vrt are still in the favor of the Locos, which must be changed as soon as possible. These two clubs played 12 championship games in total at Gradski Vrt, where the home team won only three times.
It was a tie three times as well, whereas Lokomotiva won 6 times. These statistics arose from a period in which NK Osijek wasn’t able to overpower one of their most vicious enemies, one who is especially efficient when playing in Osijek. During last competitive season, Osijek won 2 times 1:0.
