NK Osijek receives invitation for marking the 10th anniversary of the Down Syndrome Association.
On Tuesday the 21th of March, Down Syndrome Day is taking place. It marks the day on which we raise awareness of the most common genetic disorder that ensues when a surplus of chromosomes is present and it prevents normal mental and physical development of children.
The Osijek-Baranjian County Associacion for Down Syndrome was founded in 2007 and marks its 10th anniversary.
The Boys in White-and-Blue at the Main Square
The representatives of the association invited footballers and the higher-ups of NK Osijek. Additionally, club members are invited to be present in an appropriate program on Ante Starcevic Square that will take place from 10-12 am.
It is expectable that children with down syndrome will be guests of the Boys in White-and-Blue during the following championship games at Gradski Vrt.
