Head coach of the Croatian national team, Ante Cacic, put together a list of 18 players who will go to the Chinese tournament in January, on which China, Island and Chile will compete. Three NK Osijek players will get to go: Mateo Barac, Borna Barisic and Antonio Perosevic. The only non-CNL players on this roster are Filip Ozorbic who plays for Gabal and Toni Datkovic who plays for Kopar.

Cacic’s choice are: Prskalo (Rijeka), Livaković (Dinamo), Barać (Osijek), Mitrović (Rijeka), Datković (Koper), Filipović (Inter), Pivarić (Dinamo), Barišić (Osijek), Juranović (Hajduk), Mišić (Rijeka), Maleš (Rijeka), Andrijašević (Rijeka), Šitum (Dinamo), Antolić (Dinamo), Perošević (Osijek), Vlašić (Hajduk), Ozobić (Gabala) i Marić (Lokomotiva).
The national team will gather on January 7th in Zagreb and go to China in order to play against Chile on the 11th. In the second semifinals, Iceland and China fight it out. The losing teams will play for 3rd place on the 14th and the winners will be named the next day.
