37 Acres is the name of the game for the new NK Osijek Stadium, the object itself being of the following dimensions: 180x150m
During the preparatory work for what will come, Osijek’s fans are eagerly soaking in every drop of information regarding the gargantuan project of building the new stadium and the auxiliary fields.
Pampas will soon turn into a huge construction site covering 37 acres (153.874m2), becoming a one-of-a-kind location not only in Osijek and the county, but also in all of Croatia. Osijek will have the first stadium that has connected AND covered tribunes, making the experience for the spectator the best there is.
Pampas to Become a Sports Center
The future stadium will have the highest (4th) category of the UEFA rating system and will be built according to all its norms and criteria (FIFA, too, plays a big role, whose suggestions were adopted during the designing of the object).
The size of the stadium will be 188 by 150 meters, covering 28.200m2 in total and the height will total 22,5 meters, which is comparable to a 7-story building.
The area to the west of the object will still contain the Pampas horse racecourse, as well as the shooting range, so that Osijek will have a true sports center encompassing the whole Pampas area.
