The friendly relationship between Osijek and Puskas Academy continues. Benedik Mioc, our 23-year-old midfielder, will continue his career there. Everything has been arranged between the 3 parties and Benedik is in Hungary by this Wednesday.
Came Close to 100th Game
Mioc’s debut for NK Osijek was on March 1st 2013 vs. Split in the Youth Park under the wing of coach Stanko Mrsic. He accumulated a tally of 98 matches played in 3 different competitions for Osijek: 81 in the HNL, 6 in the Croatian Cup and 11 in the Europe League qualifiers. He scored 5 times in total. During this competitive year, he played 8/9 matches.
