The defender, who joined Osijek from Lokomotiva, will spend the remainder of the season on loan in Koprivnica.
As the transfer window draws to a close, Jon Mersinaj has joined Slaven Belupo on loan until the end of the current season. Mersinaj has not made an official appearance for the White and Blues this campaign and will spend the remainder of the season with the Koprivnica-based club.
He arrived at Opus Arena from Lokomotiva Zagreb in February 2025. Mersinaj has made 29 official appearances for Osijek, scoring one goal. His time at our Club has also been affected by injuries, which kept him sidelined for certain periods.
In his appearances for Osijek, Mersinaj always showed great fighting spirit and a professional attitude towards the team and the Club.
