Our fans will have the opportunity to see the White-and-Blues live this Saturday, with kick-off at 7pm.

Our team will have its third test since the start of preparations for the upcoming season this Saturday, July 18. After a closed match with Paksi and a match against Neftchi, our next opponent is the Budapest Honvéd team, which is coming to visit us. The match at the Opus Arena is open to all interested spectators, and the start is at 7 p.m. On this occasion, the south and southwest stands will be open from 6 p.m. We would like to point out that entry for all visitors is free.

Loyal fans of Osijek are certainly curious to see the White-and-Blues live, especially since a new team is being built that deserves support on its path towards better integration, as well as the creation of a homogeneous whole, not only on the field but also off it. Coach Federico Bessone and his assistants are working intensively and dedicatedly on this, and the players' reaction in this context is also very good, which is evident from their engagement in every activity. All those who are in the unhindered work process are competing for the team, and each new check will certainly be useful for the head of the coaching staff to complete and get a broader picture and impressions of each individual. We remind you that on Thursday the Portuguese Balelo joined us and immediately joined the training. Arnel Jakupović is still training at a slightly lighter intensity, and we believe that he could soon be activated at full strength, and Emin Hasić is also doing so.

As for Honvéd, the club with a great tradition has won a return to the elite class of Hungarian football. Of the more specific checks, the team from Budapest has won over Kisvárda (2:1), Sturm II (2:1) and recently against Nafta 1903 (3:0) this month. Among their ranks is also our former first team player Ádám Gyurcsó, who spent half a season in the City Garden during 2021.
